RENTAL AGREEMENT & REFUND POLICY
- All reservations will be held for 48 hours. Your order will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
- Please prepare your house on the day of the yard sign set up for our arrival: water your lawn and clean up all fecal dog droppings.
- Please send us a photo of the front of your house before the scheduled set up date.
- Please cancel lawn services while the greeting is installed.
- Please cancel sprinkler system while the greeting is installed.
- Please leave your front porch lights on the evening of set up. It is dangerous for us to work in complete darkness. If your lights are not on, we will text or call you upon arrival.
- We arrive for set up anytime after 8pm. If you have dogs or children that have access to windows that face the front lawn, please close your curtains or blinds.
- For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard sign display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adults leaning, sitting or playing on it. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.
- Yard Sign Fairy of Westchester is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up, display, or removal of your yard card.
- Signs will be picked up after 7pm on the day of the event. Please take all photographs before that time. If you have a need to reserve the sign longer than 7pm, please let us know.
- If you must cancel your scheduled yard sign, you may receive credit for a future booking or choose to have half the amount refunded.
- No refunds will be made for the following: wrong address, homeowner request removal of yard greetings, animals or a gate prevent access to the property.
- In the event of inclement weather, you will be notified and arrangements or a refund will be made. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rains, high winds, snow storms, etc.)
- By placing an order/booking with Yard Sign Fairy of Westchester, you agree to all policies stated above.
